Hollow Creek Land Preserve is a 501(c)3 nonprofit set aside by Anderson Farm developer Rick Steele in 2007 to preserve and protect 110 acres of land filled with indigenous wildlife, woodlands, and wetlands.
Property owners at Anderson Farms enjoy easy access to this pristine nature preserve, where hiking, fishing, and wildlife observation are all just steps away from your front door.

Hollow Creek Land Preserve features 4.4 miles of walking and nature trails that wander through scenic wooded views, and past the focal point of Hollow Creek Land Preserve, Anderson Pond. This small lake offers Anderson Farms neighbors opportunities to kayak, canoe, fish, and paddleboard at their leisure.
